My fees are 25% of the amount of the back pay I win for you, with a cap of $5,300.00.
Unlike personal injury cases, where an attorney can receive up to 40% of a judgment award, regardless of the amount recovered, my fees are determined and limited by federal law. There is no up-front retainer fee; I am paid for my efforts only if I win the case; and I have won almost every one of my cases.
